Day 5 - May 5, 2010 - VLCD

Didn't get to celebrate Cinco de Mayo the way most did, but that's ok...I enjoyed my day anyway! I had less hunger today...even forgot to eat my fruit at lunch time! Very tired tonight.

AM Snack: Handful of grape tomatoes

Lunch: Pan Seared Tuna Steak with Salt and Pepper, Steamed Brocolli and breadstick

Dinner: Subway Chicken Breast Salad with lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles, black olives and balsamic vinegar.

Bedtime Snack: 2 apples and breadstick

Water: 2 1/2 liters

Weight Loss: 1.5 lbs

Overall: 1.6 lbs
