Day 4 - May 4, 2010 - VLCD

Oh, boy, was I grumpy for a good portion of the day today. I realized that I just need to get back into the groove of this and then I will be fine. Cheated a little today with an extra veggie (grape tomatoes) in the afternoon.

Menu:

Lunch: Pan seared tuna steak with salt & pepper and steamed brocolli

Snack: Breadstick and then an apple later.

Cheat: Ate a couple handfuls of grape tomatoes

Dinner: Grilled chicken breast with steamed brocolli

Snack: Breadstick and apple

Water: Drank 2 1/2 liters

Weight: lost .9

Overall: lost .1
