First day on the Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD). I did well, but was really hungry when I went to bed. I didn't give in, I just went to sleep!
Menu:
Lunch: Tilapia with salt & pepper and cilantro over a bed of organic spring mix.
PM Snack: Grissini breadstick
Before Dinner Snack: Apple
Dinner: Steak Fajita meat over bed of organic spring mix, breadstick
Bedtime Snack - Frozen strawberry smoothie with water and stevia
Water: drank 2 liters of water, 2 venti green iced teas
Weight: gained 1.7 lbs
Overall: gained .8 lbs
